What does include individual motorsport coaching?

Basic fundamentals of sports car driving.
The basics are the foundation for not only achieving the best times, but also maintaining consistent lap times. Here, we work on the elementary techniques, such as proper braking, utilizing vision, “reading” speed, and understanding the car, all while eliminating bad habits behind the wheel.
Often, only after mastering these basics do we move on to racing definitions, such as “apexes” or “racing line.” These become much easier to understand and apply once the basics are firmly grasped.
Advanced racing techniques
Once the basics are mastered (or, upon request and clear willingness from the start), we will move on to more advanced techniques that will help you achieve better lap times, improve your pace, and develop your own driving style.
Here, we will refine various methods of choosing different racing lines, left-foot braking with “rally” and “racing” techniques, throttle control, speed control in corners, and many other skills.
Support in the field of car setups
Are you struggling with the proper setup of your car? Despite having great components and even after correctly balancing the car, you’re not sure how to reach the optimum setup for your car and tires?
I can help you adjust the car so that we find the limits of both the tires and the vehicle for the given conditions. I’ll also explain how to select elements and values for advanced settings in the simplest way possible.
Data & onboard analysis
A detailed analysis is the key to success in finding not just tenths, but even thousandths of a second. Through proper analysis of your laps, taking into account the specific conditions and circumstances, we go over each corner, lap by lap, rather than just focusing on a single best lap, as most do.
Whenever possible, we analyze telemetry using programs like MoTeC i2 Pro, Cosworth PI Toolbox, and AIM Race Studio 2. This helps us identify and analyze everything that can influence the final result, based on what was done behind the wheel.
Preparation for motorsport
Driving on track days and time-attack events is just a small fraction of what constitutes a full racing driving school. In this area, I will help you prepare specifically for car racing (even during events like time-attack and track days).
The goal is for my student (or studentess) to be as well-prepared as possible and remember key aspects such as tire management, racing in traffic, and developing strategies within races to achieve the best results from the start of our cooperation.

Testing your setup
Do you have doubts about your setup or would you simply like to check your car’s potential with my help? The scope of lessons with me also includes the possibility of reviewing your car’s setup, including my detailed feedback and suggestions on what can be changed and improved, depending on the available adjustment range.
As part of individual lessons, this is the last thing I recommend to my students because I know and see how much they value their vehicles, and I understand how difficult it is to adapt to a new car right away. However, I offer this option due to the repeated requests I’ve received in this regard, where you don’t need to constantly push your car to 90% in order to help set up suspension, brakes, tires, or aerodynamics.

Individual Motorsport Coaching - Exemplationary Schedule
- 10:00 - 10:30: Event briefing with safety rules, setting our objectives and goals.
- 10:30 - 13:00: Driving sessions as part of the program (with breaks, e.g. for cooling down the car).
- 13:00 - 13:30: Lunch break
- 13:30 - 16:30: Summary of the morning session, continuing driving with updated tasks.
- 16:30 - 17:00: Break and debrief of the coaching day
The major foundaments of the training sessions are primarily your satisfaction, and the safety of both you and your car.
In every session, I strive to draw new conclusions and implement new tasks, to diversify the course of the training.
We always aim for productive work that not only translates into faster lap times, but also improves driving technique, instills proper habits on the track, and in road traffic.

Which option is for whom?
Single sessions: for people who need brief instructions, are not sure about full-time classes, first want to see what cooperation looks like in practice in the form of a “demo”, taking into account that the scope of work and time is very limited.
Comprehensive classes on a wide scale: for people who need broader care, consultations from the beginning, during separate individual training sessions, within which there is definitely more time, a smaller number of participants on the track during the day (in the case of an open event, such as a track day), or as part of refining details that are important for the driver’s progress.
Price Content Details
- Training is possible on all tracks in Poland and Europe. Further trips within the country are arranged with a small difference resulting from the result of travel.
- The cost of classes does not include the entry fee to the track, and any additional fees applicable to a given event (e.g. a fee for a passenger/2nd driver)

- The prices given are net prices and the applicable VAT should be added, including possibility of deducting VAT tax in your country (VAT-EU).

I've had the pleasure of 1v1 training with Damian. Outstanding instructor of sim-racing. Thanks to his advice, in just 2 hours I improved by 2.3 seconds on Laguna Seca track (Asetto Corsa). He'll give you very specific tips & demonstrations as well (he can deliver world-record lap time practically off hand). Clearly explains everything related to car physics, setups or telemetry. Instantly catches even smallest of errors in your driving technique and points them out directly.
So far, I only booked 3 hours of training with Damian, and yet I made bigger progress than for the last few hundreds of hours on my own. The only regret I have is that I discovered training with Damian so late. Had I met him 2 years ago, I would have spared myself a lot of frustrations and self-doubt.
But it doesn't matter in the end. The only thing that matters is the fire that I feel again whenever I launch my PC 🙂 Well invested money, I have my confidence back. We'll be seeing each other.
Zachęcam początkujących i tych którzy już mają kilka kółek na torze do skorzystania porad Damiana przy ustawieniu samochodu i do korekty linii jazdy. 👍
Szkolenie trwało tylko godzinę, ale pozwoliło mi poznać zasady trail brakingu i używania obu stóp, co automatycznie pozwoliło zaoszczędzić czas na zakrętach. Zaczęliśmy od teorii, abym mógł zrozumieć działanie samej fizyki prowadzenia i zachowania się pojazdu na torze, później wprowadzając je w praktyce. Na pochwałę zasługuje atmosfera i podejście Damiana. Nie straciliśmy ani minuty na tematy poboczne, dynamika szkolenia i zaangażowanie były podobne do tempa na torze.
Polecam współpracę z Damianem, do zobaczenia na wirtualnych wyścigach!

Jeśli szukasz prędkości Damian zawsze znajdzie coś, co możesz robić lepiej.
